Two applications in cancer therapy include: 1) as cancer drugs to target proteins critical in cancer formation or progression for nearly 80% hallmarks of cancer; 2) as cancer drugs to target resistant mutations to overcome drug resistance in targeted therapy, such as EGFR, ALK, ROS1, and TRKA mutants.
