A new Annenberg Public Policy Center survey shows just 1 in 4 U.S. adults often or always use a thermometer to determine whether the meat, poultry, or fish they consume has reached the correct internal temperature to ensure it is safe to eat. From a July survey by the Annenberg Public Policy Center of 1,496 U.S. adults.
