Dynamic spectrum and power allocation for coexisting pulse radar and communication systems.

For the coexistence challenge of co-located pulsed radar and communication systems operating over overlapping bandwidths, it was observed that the interference caused by the pulsed radar on the communication link is intermittent. This paper proposes a dynamic resource allocation strategy, which effectively tracks the evolving Pareto-optimal fronts and enhances the performance of both radar and communication systems.
