Aggregation behavior of Tottori-type amyloid β (upper right): while disordered aggregates formed under ground-based conditions, well-defined fibrils were observed under microgravity. Structure of the fibril core formed in microgravity (lower right): the N-terminal region was found to be flexible and lacked an ordered conformation.
