SS-OCT imaging and analysis of fluid reservoir boundaries. a SS-OCT images were taken with an image width of 16 mm using the anterior segment 3D radial scan mode. b Each OCT image was analyzed to detect the anterior and posterior boundaries of the fluid reservoir. The fluid reservoir was analyzed across central (C, 4 mm diameter), mid-peripheral (M-P, 3 mm annulus), and peripheral (P, 1 mm annulus) regions.
