Using laser powder bed fusion technology (LPBF, a 3D printing technique), the microstructure and macrostructure of NiTi scaffolds are synergistically optimized by engineering hierarchical microstructures and gyroid-sheet topologies. This innovative design enhances superelasticity and enables a wide range of tunable properties.
