iRECODE: A New Computational Method That Brings Clarity to Single-Cell Analysis (IMAGE)
Caption
In single-cell data analysis, both technical noise (introduced during measurement) and batch noise (arising from differences in experimental conditions or equipment) can obscure true cellular information. RECODE (and its advanced form, iRECODE) is a noise-reduction method based on high-dimensional statistical theory. It simultaneously reduces these noises across various types of single-cell data. Since RECODE reduces only noise without altering the original data structure, it can improve the results of almost all existing data analysis methods.
