RNAscope ISH validation of genes at the vegetative stage in sorghum BTx623. (IMAGE)
Caption
RNAscope ISH validation of SbTALE03 and SbTALE04 at the vegetative stage in sorghum BTx623. The two genes emerged as stem hub transcription factors (TF) participating in stage-specific transcriptional programs that maintain and regulate stem development. They were among sets of genes found to have stem-specific expression across diverse sorghum genotypes, suggesting their universal importance and broad potential for genetic engineering applications.
