Optical images showing the difference between the developed and a conventional BNNT film using straws (IMAGE)
Caption
In the left image, the conventional BNNT films-produced using randomly packed BNNTs-has a low density, making the film brittle and prone to breakage. In contrast, the developed BNNT liquid crystal-based film in the right image, where the nanotubes arealigned in an ordered structure, resulting in higher density and enabling the production of flexible, durable film.
