Through multi-source information fusion, cross-scale modeling, cyber–physical collaboration, and closed-loop control, multi-source errors in machine tools can be identified, modeled, traceably decoupled, and predictively compensated, thereby establishing an intelligent error management system spanning the entire machine tool lifecycle.
