Recently, Prof. Min Hu’s team from Guangzhou Sport University conducted a randomized controlled pilot study evaluating the therapeutic effects of Baduanjin on alleviating aromatase inhibitor-induced menopausal symptoms. In this video, Prof. Jingwen Liao, one of the co-corresponding authors of this article published in Translational Exercise Biomedicine, will dig deeper into the magic role of Baduanjin and unravel translational significance of this study.
