在达成MEN2501项目合作之前，英矽智能于2024年1月宣布与美纳里尼达成全球独家对外授权合作，围绕用于乳腺癌及其他肿瘤适应症的新型KAT6抑制剂MEN2312，协议总价值超过5亿美元。目前，MEN2312项目已顺利推进至临床开发阶段，英矽智能就此获得多项开发和监管里程碑付款。
