We designed and synthesized a highly dispersed Ru-porphyrin covalent organic framework material (Ru-COF-1) through a direct polymerization method. This catalyst enables tandem catalytic air oxidation of cumene and epoxidation of olefins under mild conditions. Meanwhile it exhibits excellent catalytic activity (selectivity of epoxides up to 98%, TOF up to1221.77 h-1), stability and universality. The catalytic mechanism was systematically revealed, and the synergistic effect of high-valent Ru=O intermediate was demonstrated for the first time.
