Usage Restrictions

Any video or sound recording, photographs and other representations of the Sanford Underground Research Facility (“SURF”) provided hereunder shall include or be accompanied by an appropriate attribution to SURF, including specifically the use at least once of the full name “Sanford Underground Research Facility.” Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in the event of a video or sound recording, the final product made available to the general public or others shall include at least one attribution. Producer’s rights to the Licensed Material in the Agreement extend only to use for informative or educational purposes and are not exclusive to Producer. The Authority may grant similar rights to use the Licensed Material to other parties at its discretion. Non-exclusive, limited license to use, publish, and display images for educational, promotional, and editorial purposes.
