Overview of the proposed method. The charge stability diagram obtained from measurements is input to a U-Net model to automatically extract charge transition lines. The extracted lines are then processed using the Hough transform for straight-line detection, followed by clustering. Finally, the single-electron regime is visualized in the virtual gate space.
