Caption
Co-occurrence networks of bacteria, fungi, and protists at the operational taxonomic unit level of soil samples collected from 4 sites with various plant species, the native Cyperus malaccensis marsh (CM), invasive Spartina alterniflora marsh (SA), C. malaccensis-restoring area (CMR), and Kandelia obovata-restoring area (KOR), in August 2022 (summer, a) and February 2023 (winter, b) in the Shanyutan wetland, located at the estuary of the Min River, Fujian Province, China. Green, purple, and orange nodes indicate bacteria, fungi, and protists, respectively, and the node size is proportional to the number of links.
