Example of segmentation visualization in the CrossSegmentationExplorer system. After selecting the image volume, segmentation models or files are chosen from the drop-down menus. For each selected model and file, the corresponding segmentations are automatically displayed in one 3D view and three orthogonal 2D views (axial, sagittal, and coronal), with one row of views per selected model. In this example, two segmentation files (Auto3DSeg and MultiTalent) and one segmentation model (MOOSE) have been selected. The MOOSE segmentation model groups all segmentation files whose series description contains the keyword “MOOSE” or “Moose” and displays them together in a single combined view.
