iSCAT spectral exponent mapping reveals label-free subcellular dynamics in living cells (IMAGE)
Caption
Dynamic iSCAT image stacks were analyzed pixel-wise by fitting the power spectral density (PSD) to an inverse power-law model, Sf=βf-α. The extracted parameters were encoded in the hue-saturation-value (HSV) color space, with hue representing the spectral exponent (α), saturation indicating goodness-of-fit (R2), and value corresponding to spectral magnitude (β). Scale bars, 20 μm.
