Optimized permittivity enables deep wave penetration, while the 3D bamboo-like fiber network extends wave paths via multi-scattering. Heterogeneous β-SiC/SiOxCy/carbon phases generate strong interfacial and dipole polarization, and moderate carbon channels offer conductive loss. Polarization loss dominates EM-to-heat conversion, and interconnected porous fibers accelerate heat release to avoid local overheating. The four synergistic mechanisms endow the material with outstanding microwave absorption capacity.
