Self-Cleaning Van der Waals Lamination for Two-Dimensional Materials

Illustration of the elastic bevel stamp-assisted thermal lamination (EBTL) process. The method uses an elastic bevel stamp (EBS) with a flat van der Waals adhesive layer (VAL) to expel interlayer impurities, achieving ultra-clean stacking of 2D materials, large-area superlattices, and fully vdW-laminated transistor arrays.
