Midbrain organoid showing expression of TUJ1 (red), LMX1A (yellow), and TH (green). TUJ1 labels neurons, LMX1A identifies midbrain dopaminergic lineage cells, and TH marks dopaminergic neurons. The extensive neurite outgrowth and presence of LMX1A+/TH+ cells confirm midbrain dopaminergic specification.
