How SGLT2i improves relaxation function in HFpEF

SGLT2i reduces the inhibition of the eNOS-NO-cGMP-PKG signaling pathway in endothelial cells and prevents the accumulation of Na+ and Ca2+ ions in heart cells, thereby preventing heart failure (HF) with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF).
