Celebi received his PhD in computer science and engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, United States. Celebi brings an extensive background in artificial intelligence and image processing, with experience in a wide range of subfields, including color space transformations, compression, enhancement, quality assessment, segmentation, feature extraction, classification, clustering, and content-based retrieval.
