Structure prediction of the mitochondrial protein complex HSP60. Two of the seven HSP60 molecules are highlighted in color. Due to the absence of ICP55, each copy of HSP60 has an additional amino acid (Y-1). This small change prevents the HSP60 subunits from assembling stably, thereby accelerating the disassembly of the depicted HSP60 complex.
