Correlation between UGT1A1 gene polymorphisms and DTG plasma trough concentrations. (IMAGE)
Caption
Violin plots show DTG plasma trough concentrations according to UGT1A1 genotype for UGT1A1*6 (A), UGT1A1*28 (B), and UGT1A1*60 (C). For UGT1A1*6, DTG trough concentrations differed significantly across genotypes, with higher concentrations observed in heterozygous and homozygous carriers than in the wild-type participants. No significant differences were observed among UGT1A1*28 or UGT1A1*60 genotypes. Statistical significance was assessed using the Kruskal–Wallis test with Bonferroni-adjusted post-hoc comparisons. **P < 0.01; ***P < 0.001; ns, not significant. DTG, dolutegravir; UGT1A1, UDP-glucuronosyltransferase 1A1.
