Investigating the role of CTDNEP1 in renal cell carcinoma

CTDNEP1 expression was examined in clear cell and papillary renal cell carcinoma using publicly available cancer databases. Higher CTDNEP1 expression was associated with poorer survival in clear cell renal cell carcinoma, the opposite direction to the group’s earlier report in pancreatic cancer, while no consistent association was observed in papillary renal cell carcinoma.
