RSMO-enabled densification and orientation of thermally conductive fillers

Rolled sonication-enabled microstructure orientation (RSMO) couples ultrasonic vibration with roller pressing to transform a loose polymer–filler network with randomly distributed flake fillers into a dense, highly oriented in-plane structure, thereby establishing efficient thermal-conduction pathways.
