The flexible Mo2TiC2Tx/TaS2 van der Waals heterostructure film exhibits excellent bending adaptability. Its thermoelectric performance can be optimized by tuning the TaS2 content, enabling wireless, bias-free, dual-mode temperature and pressure sensing. Additionally, the film provides electromagnetic interference shielding and multifunctional signal-monitoring capabilities.
