Clinical presentation of the lesion. A 1.5 cm × 0.8 cm, well-demarcated, reddish-brown, ovoid depressed plaque with a violaceous-gray border is present on the lateral aspect of the right upper trunk. The lesion was firm and infiltrated on palpation.
