Tumorigenicity of the Pluripotent Stem Cells One Week after Treatment

Analysis under the microscope of sections of the tumor generated from the cancer stem cells. The staining of Ki-67 shows rapid tumor growth and that of CK and Sox2 indicates poor differentiation. Rapid growth and poor differentiation both re present malignancy.
