During the charging and discharging process, the Ni-Tdc network in the MOF framework was removed by OH- in the electrolyte to form Ni(OH)2, while the Ni-Bpy layer was well protected, thus the common capacity contribution of Ni(OH)2 and Ni-Bpy layer provides good cycling stability.
