Over the course of Trump’s presidency, ISCAP survey numbers showed that Americans’ perceptions of anti-Black discrimination held constant. However during the period between Feburary and October of 2020 – when BLM protests filled the streets – Democrats and Independents reported seeing more discrimination against Black Americans than against white Americans.
