Microscopic analysis of blood vessels in the lungs of rodents with pulmonary hypertension. Compared with a placebo, treatment with BRD2889 reversed disease progression, indicated by increased expression of the protective factor ISCU (red) and reduction of vessel wall remodeling (white).
