Demonstration of the sensitivity, selectivity, and repeatability of SuperSelective PCR assays that contain DNA fragments from 10,000 copies of human genomic DNA, in which -actin serves as the wild-type reference gene (blue), and that also contain the following DNA fragments: 1,000 EGFR T790M point mutations (green); 100 EGFR ∆E745-A750 deletion mutations (red); 10 EGFR G719C point mutations (orange); and no EGFR L858R point mutations (gray).
