Ａ；亜麻種子に誘引される小さな多量の線虫 ＢＣ；（上段）種子の浸出液（0時間と16時間）を用いた線虫誘引試験 16時間浸出したときのみ線虫誘引活性（白いコロニー）が見られる。 （下段）種子の細胞壁成分の染色試験 16時間浸出したときのみ、多量の細胞壁成分が放出されている。
