Transmittance and resistivity of the new Ta:SGO film

The newly developed Ta:SGO films on aluminum oxide and aluminum nitride are shown to have higher transmittance for deep UV light than common transparent electrode materials like indium tin oxide and antimony tin oxide, as well as comparably low resistivity.
