Mohsen Mohammadi, a Purdue University associate professor of agronomy, has developed an innovation to create wheat varieties that address challenges like salinity, drought, heat stress, diseases and pests. Mohammadi is one of four Purdue researchers who received funding from the Purdue Research Foundation Office of Technology Commercialization to make their innovations more attractive for commercial use.
