Effect on the response of natural killer (NK) cells of compound 2 against SH-SY5Y NB cells transfected with GFP. NK cells are stained red. Cells were treated with 50 ng mL−1 of recombinant ch14.18 IL-2 and 1 μM of each analogue for 90 minutes. The image shows NB cells (green) being destroyed by NK cells (red). Black bodies in the image are dead SHSY5Y-GFP cells.
