A database on the relationship between RNA editing and blood cell differentiation (IMAGE)
Caption
RNA editing is an essential process for life, but there are few databases on how it affects the formation and development of blood cells and how it related to blood diseases such as leukemia. To tackle this issue, a research team created REDH, a database documenting RNA editing sites and events and their possible relevance in blood cell differentiation and blood cancers.
