Researchers Pasquale Ciliberti and Bibiche Berkholst of the Naturalis Biodiversity Center Collections team work to digitize the Naturalis mosquito collection. Data were extracted and organized from tags attached to specimens within the collection and from notes within Bonne-Wepster's decades-old field books.
