Multiple stimuli trigger the activation of three inflammasomes: NLRP3, NLRC4, and AIM2. NiCo NCs suppressed the inflammasome assembly process by downregulating the long non-coding RNA Neat1, thereby inhibiting the activation of three inflammasomes.
