Polar localization of LZY4-mScarlet at the plasma membrane changes in response to gravistimulation.

Lateral root tip of LZY4p::LZY4-mScarlet was gravistimulated by 135˚ rotation. As amyloplasts reach the plasma membrane in the new direction of gravity, the amyloplast-localized LZY is translocated to the plasma membrane, thereby generating new cell polarity in columella cells. g; direction of gravity.
