Super-resolution microscopy revealed that fluorescent α-synuclein protein (green) injected to orbital cortex was propagated far away to substantia nigra via brain lymphatic vessel (red) in 2 weeks. The propagated protein at this time point was shown to be monomeric form by western blot.
