Colorado potato beetle Leptinotarsa decemlineata on black nightshade (Solanum nigrum). Feeding experiments with black nightshade that lacked GAME15 and wildtype Solanum nigrum plants uncovered the role of steroidal saponins in chemically defending the leaves.
