Ultra-thin loop heat pipe (UTLHP) design (IMAGE)

UTLHP design: The ultra-thin loop heat pipe (UTLHP) is built on a copper plate the size of a credit card, with a fine wick (porous material) structure made of sintered copper powder. Laser welding ensures an airtight structure. The rake-shaped wick allows steam to escape, with water as the cooling agent. A pillar structure prevents clogging and stabilizes flow, and a secondary wick allows stable fluid supply, enabling operation in any position.
