Figure 3: Spectral response and color recognition function of synaptic behaviors. a) An EPSC of Ta2NiSe5/SnS2 device triggered by an optical pulse. b) EPSC of Ta2NiSe5/SnS2 device triggered by a pair of optical pulses with a duration of 200 ms. The time interval (△t) between the two pulses is 2 s. c) EPSC of Ta2NiSe5/SnS2 device triggered by 30 pulses. The time interval between the pulses is 200 ms. d) EPSC variations of Ta2NiSe5/SnS2 device under RGB-light pulses (635, 532, and 405 nm) with various light power from 2 to 13 μW.
