The dynamic behavior of sPGGM and gene expression was evaluated across six tumour types: (a) COAD, (b) THCA, (c) KIRC, (d) UCEC, (e) KIRP, and (f) LIHC. The significant rise in the sPGGM score indicates an upcoming the critical transition before disease deterioration.
