[Figure 2] Palladium adsorption rate and capacity performance of TiOx/Ti3C2Tx MXene compared with various adsorbents (IMAGE)
Caption
The nanosheet developed in this work (red star, This work) achieved a palladium adsorption capacity of 1,983 mg/g in just 30 minutes, demonstrating world-leading performance in both adsorption speed and capacity compared to various previously reported adsorbents (MOFs, carbon, silica, etc.). While most existing materials require hundreds of minutes or more and have adsorption capacities below 1,000 mg/g, the material developed in this study demonstrated high-efficiency recovery within a short timeframe.
