Ultrathin sections of Lilium ‘Siberia’ pollen tubes were imaged by room-temperature electron tomography (RT-ET) at a magnification of 29,000 × (pixel size = 0.75 nm) to obtain detailed morphologies of the tip-vesicles. The latter part of the movie corresponds to the colorful model in the main figure. Scale bar, 200 nm.
