How the new jet-driven supernova model could be important to zinc production in the galactic scale. For a universe without jet-driven supernovae, the Zn production will be far from enough to reconcile with the Milky Way stars. A non-zero fraction is necessary to explain the pattern in the Milky Way. To explain some Zn-enriched Hyper Metal-Poor star HE1327-2326, an almost 100% jet-driven supernova explosion history is needed in the local environment.
